No reverse? Check trunk wiring

If you have an LS400 with no reverse, chances are you think the trans needs a rebuild but lets face it, these things are bullet proof. just check the harness going from the cabin into the trunk. One of the 7 or 12 wires is for the LS400 reverse solenoid. Chances are also that you will find a wire that has been cracked and in half or partially lacerated. Re connect them together and you got reverse!
